Patch notes from Jason Sobel:
patched with shnid 22366
Neumann RSM190i > Neumann PS > D7 > JVC XD-P1
patch source:
SHN > WAV > r8brain PRO v1.5 (resample from 44.1 to 48 kHz)
Samplitude SE v9.1.1 used to fix new source with patch source.
spots fixed:
Runaway Jim
01:41 - 01:42
03:25 - 03:26
03:38 - 03:40
07:19 - 07:23 - this was a weird one, on the raw file you sent, it was just like a skip, with these few seconds missing from the file entirely, but no drop out.
If I didn't listen carefully, it was easy to miss, but when I brought in the patch source, it was immediately obvious that the new source was missing a few seconds.
between free & carolina
40:05 - 40:50 - the timing and length of this one make me think there is a cassette gen in the new source.
This is most likely the tape flip, but I don't have any info about the new source, so I can't say for sure.
Also, it sounds like there might be a skip during the encore break, which could easily be the taper pausing, and then re-starting the deck.
I didn't bother to fix that one.
