03/09/2005 | MattMan | For those that care about these kinds of things, this analog bertha remaster SBD fileset, and obviously, the analog SBD that this fileset is a remaster of are pitched high, i.e., the tempo is a bit too fast. The FOB source (shnid = 11664) is more or less dead in tune at A = 440 Hz. Therefore, I suspect the recent composite source will be out of tune since the SBD was probably used as the reference. I may seed a new composite that uses the FOB as the reference, and is therefore in tune, if there is an interest. Like I said, you will only notice this if you are either very sensitive to perfect pitch or if you are playing along with a piano. | |
