Further research has revealed that the lineage for this show is really: Pre-FM Soundboard Master Reel (at 15 inches per second)>DAT>CDR |

10/24/2000 | Diana Hamilton | Thanks Darrin! I have now changed the table and info file here from the previous "DSBD" notation to "Master Reel".
07/11/2003 | Show fits on 2 80-minute discs if you move D2t01-03 to the end of disc 1. The seque between Foolish Heart and Playin' is not significant and the resulting split can be done tastefully. Also, the end of D2t06 and the start D3t01 are redundant so with a little splicing and dicing you can mend Drums back together.
05/14/2007 | charlie miller | Pre-FM Dat versions of this do exist.
05/14/2007 | charlie miller | If this was actually from a master reel, there would be a tape flip. I can't find any flip. Please explain how you came to the conclusion that this is from a reel.
05/14/2007 | JoeSamaritano | I think Gans used to tout this as Master Reel, if I remember correctly.
05/14/2007 | charlie miller | Eaton's list says dat, my Dat says Dat, plus like I said, I can't find a tape flip.

Charlie: My recollection is that the folks that provided the source disks were adamant that this came from an analog source. If I recall correctly, this source came directly from the radio station's archives and that the station lacked DAT capacity at the time the show was broadcast. |

05/15/2007 | charlie miller | Thanks for the info. It's the cleanest analog source i have ever heard. Still trying to figure out why there is no tape flip. |
