Notes:

- All tracks have been pitch corrected.
  Patch source 15209 - Thanks to Chuck Kiefe and Jeff Cotsman.

- The first 4 seconds of "I Need A Miracle" has been patched on.
- The first part of P.I.T.B has a tape flip in both this and the other source.  Luckily they are not in the same place but there is still some missing.  It's not known how much
- Most of SSDD is missing, there is no alternative source.
- All of U.S. Blues is missing and has been patched on.

- The patches have been eq'd so that they are a better fit.
