COMMENTS: I used EAC to extract all 3 disks. Then I used Shntool to Join disk 2 and 3
together. I then used CD WAV to select all the tracks on the entire show. I used SF 6.0 to
adjust the DC on entire show. Then I used Cool Edit Pro to amplify the entire show by 155%
and to preform these edits on these tracks only. D1t01(Mississippi Half-Step Uptown
Toodleloo) Drop out from 0:00.000 thru 0:01.875 removed. D2t01(China Cat Sunflower) Drop out
from 0:00.000 thru 0:01.241 removed. D2t04(Estimated Prophet) Drop out @ 7:01 both channels
removed. D2t05(He's Gone) Digi pop @ 6:55 both channels removed. D2t06(Drums) Redundancey
from 8:33 thru 8:53 removed.

Conversion/Edit/ Seeded to Etree by T. Wiley 03/15/2003 (Happy BirthDay Phil Lesh!!).

EAC: To extract disk 1 and 3 @ 99.9 % and disk 2 @ 100% quality with no reported errors.
CD WAV: To select tracks.
Cool Edit Pro/ SF 6.0: To preform all edits(see COMMENTS above).
Shntool: To join Disk 2 and 3 and to verify all sector boundaries.
SHN: Via mkwact(seekable)
