This is the last REAL Panic show.  Personally, and for alot of us, this is a very rough period of time to look back on...the next day was hell.  But looking back on it, my last show couldn't have been more perfect.  20 miles from my own bed, my 50th show (which I was unaware of at the time) Panic played the 5 Seasons Center where I saw my 1st concert,Ozzy Ozbourne on the "No More Tours Tour 1992" - ha!.  I've been told that the band really liked playing there because they saw the Dead there way back in the day and had an awesome time.  And If you know Cedar Rapids, you know what kinda shit you'd have to be on to have "an awesome time" there, even if the Dead are in town.  The venue was less than half full, only the die-hard and the locals were in attendance...and I was both.  We ran FOB-DFC in the sweet spot, couldn't be better.  Guarding FOB was easy for a change.  All these elements combined made for a perfect last show.  I know there are far more deserving fans and tapers than me who I wish could have had this one last show.  I just want to thank Mikey & the boys for the music and friends that will last a lifetime.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!
