Notes:

- Odd sound at 1:33 of Dancin in the Streets

- Little Red Rooster patched from - 0:00 - 0:42

- Terrapin Station patched from 0:12 - 0:23

- Audience after Sugar Magnolia fades out as Black Muddy River was
  originally placed at the end of disc 1.  I faded Black Muddy River
  in so there isn't an abrupt start.  No Music is missing just fans
  fading in and out.

- This show can fit on 2 74 minute CDs by placing the Encore on disc 1
