04/09/2001 J Carter approx 3:30 into Jack Straw, my copy has a high pitched howl in the background, for the rest of the song.
04/09/2001 Diana Hamilton From my listening to d2t6 now, I hear an undefined background "whoosh"
starting ~3:32 and gathering into the high-pitched wavering squeak at 3:55, which then wanders up out of my hearing around 4:12.
Greg's (older BTW) ears only hear it all as an overall pitch change at 3:55,
but I certainly don't hear any diff in the music itself. So, 3 people have 3 different perceptions, which is interesting.

Greg thinks he remembers this kind of flaw from his reel-owning days (improper movement of tape across capstans?), so perhaps it's from one of the tape gens...

06/25/2003 Sean Cribbs One-second (DAT?) buzz at 4:50 of Sugar Magnolia.
08/13/2003 Robert The year for the MD5 for disk 3, track 7 must be changed to '72 (*gd74-09-24d3t07.shn) before it will verify.
08/13/2003 Matt Vernon disk 3 md5 file edited to make all years 1972
06/19/2004 Lewis/Klitschko Any chance Charlie's gonna work his magic for this date? Of all the shows in the famed late September run, 9/24's the muddiest and in most need of an upgrade.
07/14/2004 Sean Cribbs Spectral analysis reveals at least one additional analog generation in the lineage. There is also a narrow band of noise at 15970 Hz. I'm currently working on fixing this using a notch filter.
07/14/2004 just what this needs... more noise reduction
07/15/2004 Lewis/Klitschko Hey, if he could make it sound better, zei gezunt. It could use an upgrade. Though a Cribbs/Miller collaboration would be good too.
07/15/2004 Sean Cribbs I don't usually use noise reduction, but considering what we have to deal with, the results weren't all bad. You'll soon be able to judge for yourself. If you don't like it, I guess it'll just be one more sleepless night for me.
03/16/2005 Jason It's great to find this show here, I was looking for it for sometime then someone pointed me here.

Thanks
