06/01/2002 | Mark Goldey | This seed sounds great, but d3:t4 (Around) begins with about 25 seconds of crowd noise, and then what sounds like a patch cord being plugged in. The music then picks up a few seconds into the first verse of Around.

This source has gaps (~700 samples each) towards the beginning of every track, probably originating from some kind of SBE (sector boundary error) problem. Also, the source should probably read DSBD>DAT>CDR>EAC>SHN, assuming that's even accurate. |

Re the gaps, Blacula's comments on a different show about negative index marks could pertain here too, not sure. Re the source info, it's a ; rather than a > because Jeff M. did (an/the) EAC step but not necessarily the transfer. |

01/06/2003 | Sean Cribbs | It should also be noted that the levels are overloaded.
02/07/2004 | Jason Federmeyer | i agree. the levels are overloaded. there is cliping all over the place. i wonder where in the line this happened? does anyone know if the dat has this flaw? i assume it was done in one of the transfers. hopefully a new dsbd will surface with correct levels.
02/07/2004 | Matt | Try the FOB source, it is much better. I have never come across a listenable version of this show in SBD. It seems as though someone decided it sounded soooo good at one point that they increased the amplitude way too much. Thus the bad sound and very annoying clipping ! I think this show, 1st set esp. is a great performance and it is a shame that the DSBD/SBD sources were messed with (?) or initially although less likely, recorded badly @ the board (?) Seriously - I have the FOB source on my HD and it sounds very good !
02/07/2004 | Joe Samaritano | I'll check mine for overloading, I may have a cleaner SBD.
09/08/2007 | cool_breeze | Any idea where and when the Scarlet > Fire filler was performed?

Disc two has seven tracks, not the six listed in the text file. The seventh track is, for lack of a more descriptive title, Space. It may overlap some of the Space on disc three. The correct track listing for disc two is: d2t01 Space > China Cat Sunflower > d2t02 I Know You Rider d2t03 Estimated Prophet > d2t04 Supplication Jam > d2t05 Uncle John's Band > d2t06 Drums > d2t07 Space > |
