Original Notes:
Digitally remastered using a custom built, Dual-DAW, nicknamed Bertha, by jashley@deadacated.com on December 17, 2003.
The original source is very narrow stereo. Adjustments were made to improve the stereo signal.
8 dropouts and cuts were repaired prior to processing.  One could not be repaired to a flawless state.  Some signal is missing.
Fades between discs have been removed to make transfer to larger media easy.
