The Beatles complete lack of pre-tour rehearsal was proven before "I'm Down", John, Paul and
George having to confer on-stage about the lyric in the first verse. In spite of this, though, Paul still
managed to make a hash of it, and also messed up the next two verses.
This CD features 3 concert excerpts.
Track 1-3: London 1964
Track 4-9: Melbourne 1964 (Australia)
These tracks were taken from an australian TV production. This programme included 9 Beatles tracks. Here are reproduced only 6. "She Loves You", "Till There Was You" and "Roll' Over Beethoven" should have normally been inserted after "All My Loving" but the tape was of bad quality.
Track 10-15: Munchen (Munich) 1966 (Germany)
This concert was filmed by the ZDF (German TV channel).
Initially the concert comprised 11 songs:
"Rock'n'Roll Music", "She's A Woman", "If I Needed Someone", "Day Tripper", "Baby's In Black", "I Feel Fine", "Yesterday", "I Wanna Be Your Man", "Nowhere Man", "Paperback Writer" and "I'm Down".
The TV programme omitted "If I Needed Someone", "Day Tripper", "I Wanna Be Your Man" and "Paperback Writer".
This CD is basically a copy of the TV show but "She's A Woman" is not included.
