A special celebration of Alligator Records that closed-out the 2011 Chicago Blues Festival featuring past & present Alligator Records artists including Lonnie Brooks (and his sons, Wayne Baker Brooks & Ronnie Baker Brooks), Eddy 'The Chief' Clearwater, Rick Estrin, Michael Burks and Shemekia Copeland. The mayor of Chicago, Rahm 'Tiny Dancer' Emmanuel proclaimed it "Alligator Records Day" in Chicago.
