Notes:
- This is the first time the complete show has been put into
circulation. As far as I know only 2 songs were broadcast
by 93.1FM WXRT. "The Space Between" and "Satellite". It
seems likely these were not broadcast live b/c the songs
were played in the incorrect order and had quite a bit of
post-production processing done. Mainly compression and soft
limiting for FM radio. This PreFM has no compression at all.

- There are random Pig teases throughout the night. Mostly
insignificant just a couple bars and a lyric or two. I saw
no reason to track these as individual songs.

- ^EAC I have my doubts that EAC was used to extract the
music from the master CDs. The gaps btwn each song and
the occasional tell-tale signs of a poor extraction makes
me think these were just ripped to the hard drive via a
less accurate method. Would love to get my hands on either
the original DAT or CDRs but there is no chance of that.
Anyway, these are extremely minor to say the least. I was
able to eliminate just about all of these and the few that
remain are extremely minor and only btwn songs.

- ~Three options for CDR. ONE: leave off Intro track for
a regular burn on an 80 min CDR. About 7 seconds of dead air
was removed to allow for a standard 80 min. TWO: Many CDRs
will have the capacity to do an overburn so you can include
the "Intro" track. THREE: Use 3 CDRs and split however you
feel appropriate as the show is seamless and can be listen
from start to finish without interruption.

Editorial Comment:
Sound A/A+
Performance A/A+

- Amazing digital recording without any interruptions from
start to finish. Only the most minor of btwn song crackles
can be heard from the poor extraction. A SBD recording with
an obvious "live mic" feed that provides wonderful atmosphere
and intimacy with the crowd that seems more like DMB was live
at a club show than at the huge Soldier Field. Being a Dead
Head, this reminds me of some Grateful Dead FM's like 4/27/77
or even some of the Healy Matrix's. Incredibly sound and and
easy A rating if not an A+ (save for the tiny extraction issues)

- A typical incredible show from the Summer Tour 2001. Try
to find a bad one. The Band is in top form and Dave is in a
great mood. Highlighting material from the Lillywhite/Busted
stuff album but including a nice section of both DMB classics
and fan favorites. Plus a wonderful guest appearance from Buddy
Guy and an all-time classic version of Angel.
