What am I looking for in a Trade :
QUALITY QUALITY QUALITY I prefer to trade SHN or FLAC over audio trades. However I do trade audioI will also convert shn or flac to audio if you like. If the MD5 for a show is listed on etree I would prefer that copy. PLEASE DAO shows ONLY!!! I If a show is TAO please be up front about it. If it's a show that I really want, I will probably trade for it. Absolutely NO MP3 sourced shows! Please do not write on the discs For audio trades please use EAC to extract shows. If you have any questions, email me Right now I'm use Fuji and Mitsui. Please use similar quality discs. I send disc's either in paper sleeves, 1 disc per sleeve, or double sided plastic sleeves (case logic) Please let me know if you have source information. If you don't have it let me know up front. Send discs in bubble mailers. Absolutely No fiber mailers. I do trade DAT's. Some of the shows I have are DAT and are listed as such. SHN Detail Links
The SHN DETAIL links on my list are for shows that EXACTLY match the Md5 file in the etree database. Remember this does not reflect the sound quality of the show, just that it's an exact copy of the original show. I understand that not all SHN's in circulation are listed on etree. If an SHN copy of a show is not available I will gladly trade audio. Sound quality rating
These are my totaly subjective quality ratings. I do reserve the right to modify these guidelines at any time.
For shows with no audio rating, I want to listen to the show again. I do not want to perpetuate the circulation of poor quality shows. All I ask is that at some point you have listened to the entire show. Let me know if there are any flaws. I don't know about you but pops and clicks annoy the hell out of me and I'm tired of getting shows that are full of pops and clicks that someone has rated an A++++
CDR = Audio disc
A+ Usually reserved for SBD / On stage mic recordings A Great audience tape. Sound is balanced between instruments and the audience / background levels are low A- No noted flaws but Sound may not be as balanced between instruments or audience noise level is higher Anything B Show may have some flaws, is incomplete or individual conversations are louder than the music Anything C probably recorded from an album Anything less than a B is something I would not want to trade.
