Tracking Notes:
5 Second Fade-In's were applied to d1t1 and d2t1.
5 second Fade-Out's were applied to d1t8 and d3t4. I used Cool-Edit
Pro to apply the fades. (Transform/Amplitude/Amplify/Fade In/Out)

I gave Crowd Noize its own track (d3t3) so you could fit all of set 2
(minus the encore) on 1 80 minute disc. Set 2 Intro through the end of
Smile runs 78:14. Just thought I would make it an option because OTR and
Lands End don't really leave much room between them, and ending a disc
that way is abrupt.

Many thanks to Rob Robar for this seed and allowing me to move some
track marks around!
