Source: {onstage} AKG C-61, DFC XY > DA-P1 > D8 (DAT)
Transfer: DAT > ? > AUDIO CDR > ? > AUDIO CDR > WAV via EAC > SHN
Notes: A deck was borrowed for the trip to CO and patched into the onstage rig, according to the owner of the deck who did not attend the show, the individuals that borrowed the deck were able to make a tape but they returned the deck & DAT without any source information. A massive AUDIO CDR B&P offer was made to the netspace kimock list of from a DAT > stand-alone CDR transfer of this recording. The AUDIO CDRs used for this SHN set came from that offer. Unfortunately even the last DAE step here is undocumented, but I will assert that EAC was used correctly but no logfiles were created. There is still some question as to what mics were onstage this night. Most lists, including my own until recently, listed neumann's of one type or another. It has been asserted that there was only 1 rig on stage, furthermore based on tapes that circulate from the 5-2-2000 Quixote's show, Pat "PC" Cooper was there and taped it. Given that Pat was in CO on 5-2 I believe it is a safe bet that if there was only 1 rig on stage for 4-28 it was PC's. Hopefully I will be able to ask Pat personally whether or not he taped this show, till then, and without any other research or information I assert that the source is AKG-C61 onstage.
