Editing: I ran an FFT filter in Cool Edit Pro principally to improve
the bass. The result may not be perfect, but is substantially improved.

The FFT settings were: 0db @ 0Hz; -0.5db @ 4064.39Hz; -3.5db @ 8031Hz;
-2.5db @11089Hz; +8.75db @ 15967Hz; -4db @ 22050Hz. In addition, the
1st set was increased in volume by 2db throughout, the 2nd set was
unchanged in this regard, although a small number of extremely minor
peaks were restored / limited in CEP.
