Notes:
The band REALLY planned out their setlist, seemingly digging deep for songs about rivers, water, boats, etc. Even the opener, Powderfinger has an appropriate reference "Look out Mama, there's a white boat comin' up the river...", and "Workin' On A Building" got an update with some appropriate references.
