patches by Smiler (alimac@netcomuk.co.uk) 25th July 2002.

Patching notes:
I used Cool Edit Pro's hard limiting function to bring the volume of
the patched tracks up to the same volume as dieter's source. I had to
use the limiter because there was some loud audience noise right at the
start (the only place the limiting actually came into effect). I also
adjusted the volume of a short section of audience noise in the Dead
Air track, where it seems there was a drop in recording level. The
result is virtually undectable and occurs before the music begins.

There are a couple of minor clicks at 1:52 and 1:55 of d1t02. These
exist on the source I was supplied.

Dieter's source exhibits some bass distortion and an extremely flat
peak level. This might be due to microphone response, or room ambience/
recording location. The OKMIIR source is cleaner, but has occasional
audience chatter and is slightly more distant.

Composite version, files renamed and .wav md5s calculated 27th July 2002.
