NOTES:
-Extracted CDR's using EAC and reassembled into two large WAV files (set 1
and set 2) in Cool Edit Pro.  Added fades to beginning and end of each set.
Retracked the entire show using CDWav and converted to SHN using mkwACT.
-There was one brief spot of digi-noise on the master discs, approx 42.6
seconds into Henrietta.  It was almost all in the left channel, so I spliced
about .5 seconds of audio over from the right channel to smooth it out as
much as possible.
