10/24/2000	Caleb Epstein	Does anyone else hear distortion on these SHNs? I think the levels were too hot.
11/17/2000	Jeff Ishaq	Definitely distortion here, I suggest folks try out the other source.
04/02/2001	Eric McRoberts	I don't think that the distotion is casued by the levels being run too hot. If I recall correctly there was no clipping of the signal on the adk when i fed the DAT to the hd. I don't think Dave was overloading the sax either...he generally makes stellar tapes. I would think the sound may be characteristic of the room, but that's just speculation as I wans't there.
