Notes:
- On some big bass drum hits, the levels seem to spike suddenly,
then 'reverse spike', causing what sounds like that note being
played backwards or muted. I'm not sure what causes this or how to
fix it, but suggestions are welcome!
- There's some good between-song band
interaction, especially over
the next-to-last song - apparently the band wanted to play Mulling
It Over instead of Stand, but John insisted and then announced to
the crowd that they'd be doing Stand, despite Chan disagreeing;
before Price to Pay you can hear him say "What is this, the 'new
song' set?".
