Notes:
* Good solid recording of a great show.  The beginning of Oh My Sweet Carolina is very quiet but you could have heard a pin drop in the venue.  My Wrecking Ball is also quite quiet to start with.
* Lot of talking during Shadows but otherwise there is generally little interuption apart from the expected clapping between songs which I have reduced where possible and/or necessary.
* Audience chatter between the main set and encore removed.
