Walk On Music: Master/Slave-Pearl Jam 08:30
Band On Stage: 08:31
Band Off Stage: 11:31
(The band walks on stage with the house lights still up and Master/Slave still playing. House lights only go off once Ed starts singing)
01. Of The Girl
(the count off is en Français)
02. Elderly Woman Behind The Counter In A Small Town
(band false starts “Last Exit”. Then play next song)
03. Once
04. Last Exit
05. God’s Dice
(Ed addresses the audience in French. He greets a young boy he recognizes named Noah. He is holding a sign requesting “Sad”. Ed knows he plays guitar. He continues on reading french to the audience)
06. Even Flow (the mic is tossed to audience who sing a bit of the song)
07. Pilate
(Ed dedicates the next song to Jesse, who is celebrating his 30th birthday. He recently lost a close family member. Ed also dedicates the song to members of the Hurley family.)
08. Light Years
09. Severed Hand
10. Corduroy
11. You Are
12. Mind Your Manners
13. Whipping
(singing that one sounds like how it feels to be a voter in America. We like your guy though… Our thoughts are also on the fires out in Alberta… At least your guy is putting climate change out front… I think this one was about a guy out in the woods as well.)
14. Nothing As It Seems
(“you get to know a lot of people because you get to see them again and again and if you are lucky enough to keep your band around for awhile. One of the benefits is you get to know some of the people that come and see you”…Ed goes on to talk about if you are lucky you get to have a beautiful life and when you lose someone the deeper the pain of the loss is an indicator of the strength of the love…He dedicates the next song to Valerie who lost boyfriend Jan.)
15. Given To Fly
16. State Of Love And Trust (Ed shares the mic with audience members, singing with them and giving them the mic)
17. I’m Open
18. MFC
19. Why Go
20. Better Man/Save It For Later-(Charley, Cox, Morton, Steele, Wakeling)
Encore Break One
(Ed observes how steep the seats are in the venue. He imagines a conversation like, “well those seats are pretty steep. We could either not sell those folks beer or put in railings….Let’s put in railings.” He jokes about Uncle Neil Young, our favorite Canadian, and singing like Neil doesn’t have to be perfect. “Neil says, sometimes not being perfect is perfect”)
21. Needle and the Damage Done-(Young)
22. Thumbing My Way
23. Sleeping By Myself
24. Wash
25. Comatose
26. Lightning Bolt
(Ed and Stone have a brief conversation after the song. Then Stone and his guitar tech have a discussion and seem to be sorting something out. Ed then brings the young boy Noah, whom he talked to earlier, up on stage. Ed mentions he had seen Noah play the next song on YouTube and thought he played it better than Ed did. They give Noah a guitar. Stone’s tech has set up Noah so he can play through one of Stone’s amps. Noah then starts the next song.
27. Sad w/ Noah Keeley
(“now we are gonna play one for Noah’s mom and dad.”)
28. Surrender-(Nielsen)
29. Porch (Ed reflects light off of his pick guard onto the audience. When he is finished he tosses the guitar to his tech and heads into the audience. Jeff bashes a globe with his bass)
Encore Break Two
(Ed introduces the band. He displays a jersey that the local Quebec baseball team, The Capitales, had made up for them celebrating the band being together for twenty five years. Ed wears the jersey and continues. “He is gonna start this next song. He wrote it, He wrote all the good ones. Our friend Mr. Stone Gossard.”)
30. Daughter/Blitzkrieg Bop-(Ramones)/It's OK-(Cole) (Blitzkrieg Bop is simply Ed saying Hey Ho / Let’s Go a couple of times. It’s Ok is a verse and chorus and getting the audience to sing.)
31. Do The Evolution
32. Jeremy
33. Black
34. Alive (Mike goes to the barricade to solo)
35. Baba O’Riley-(Townshend)
(Ed brings Noah up on stage for the bows and hugs him and gives him a pick):
