Notes:

- The last 1:06 of "Stagger Lee" had a substantial drop in the gain in the left channel , this problem is from the master.  I have carried out some restoration work and don't think it sounds too bad now.
- There is a cut of approximately 41 seconds in "Dear Mr. Fantasy"  This is common to the other circulating sources.  It has been patched with audio technica atm 11/ (2) nakamichi 300 + cp4, shnid 126180 taped by Chasingwilma (aka Mark Horvath)
