Andrew's vocals were apparently all right channel.  
The MD master was like that, therefore it is...

I normalized the entire show, it peaked at -24 db (yes that's right, -24db --- that low!).
Sidewinder is sort of low compared to the rest, but double normalization doesnt sound right.
