Notes/Flaws/Comments:
- This was originally laid out for two discs.  I did nothing
more than rename the files for one-disc layout.  The md5s remain
otherwise unchanged.
- Extreme mix & level fluctuations @ start, obviously from the
PA given the crowd's response as things improve. This then becomes
quite a nice recording!
