11/29/2003 | Jackalope | The text file comments re purported "so-so quality" do not do this seed or show justice. The recording is actually pretty darn crisp and full for an '84 soundboard and the band is in spirited form (for 1984), particularly Garcia and Lesh.
01/17/2004 | sport | With a quick listen,i'm with Jack on this one.Not great,but far from shabby.Glitch 35 secs into Stranger.
01/15/2005 | Charlie Miller | This is NOT from a PCM source.
01/16/2005 | Alex | I have this show labelled as SBD>Master Cass>Cass>DAT>CDR. As I know Charlie knows a great deal about these source details, could this be an accurate lineage of this one?

My copy is also a 1st gen cass, and it sounds much cleaner than this supposed PCM source, plus our copies are complete and the "PCM" source is missing tunes....makes no sense, but either way, if it is from a PCM master, it has some analog gens too!!!! cm |
