--Notes--
- This was the DG's first big NYC show, and it occurred at the
  beginning of his early spring mini-tour of the US.  He had just
  licensed White Ladder to ATO Records, and he was testing the
  overseas waters.  The mini-tour was a wild success, and DG went
  back home thinking he might have a shot at breaking the US market.
  Then of course, "Babylon" became the hit song of the summer, and
  nothing has been the same since.
