start of Blackbird missing on SBD master,
spliced in from Jan de Bever's AUD (mine has
level adjustments and folks that were chatting
nearby). Actually, that version has a splice
itself; 0:13 to 0:22 are from Alasdair's master.

Minor Repairs and Added comments on this seed from Charlie Connor

Dropouts on d2t01 0:30 (during Crowd noise) and d2t12 3:21 were repaired
using Steinberg's wavlab. Shntool was used to fix SBE's in d3t08 and d3t09
Note: the MD5 signatures for disc 2 are different than Mia & Hanno's previous
seed because I ran shnfix after removing the noted do's.
