Mics were arrayed in a Corey-Martin surround configuration, with 4015 subcardioids (the source of this recording) A-B, spaced about 2', and a pair of DPA 4011's oriented vertically, aimed at the ceiling, spaced about 8", and placed behind the forward-facing subcardioids. All channels were tracked to disk simultaneously.  A surround DVD-Audio is forthcoming.  The source for the surround channels was the following:
