Notes:
- Band took the stage without intro so the very beginning of Volcano fades in.
- Some loud clappers nearby.
- Taped next to the soundboard tent. It was an extremely windy day so the tent
  flap blew back and forth on the right channel. Cymbals and high end sound a
  bit swirly as a result of the wind in general.
