Two Sets, no opening act

This seed fixes the sector boundary errors found in this source:

The only changes made were:
1. Fixed sector boundary errors by set and encoded to FLAC (which is the additional "> .WAV files > FLAC" lineage) using shntool 2.0.3 and flac 1.1.1. No additional DAE was done.
2. Removed the first track (yet another taper setup / crowd noise track.)
3. Changed file names to indicate tracking for 2 audio discs.
4. Modified this text file.
5. Generated md5 checksums for new .wav files.

Comments:
* The first and last tracks of disc 1 and the last track of disc 2 are basically just crowd noise and don't include any music or banter by Hunter.  They may be omitted while burning or skipped during playback if you don't want to listen to crowd noise.  They were present in the original source so I left them intact here.
