Notes:
- Original recording sourced without a text file, proper track names,
  recording information, seektables, one wholeset md5 and no disc splits.
  I decoded SHN>WAV, joined WAVs, retracked, re-SHN'ed with seektables
  and created new md5's and this info file.
- Handling noises from time to time - mic was either handheld or rested
  on a surface that really picked up noise around it. Mic moved in the
  middle of "Underwater" - mix changes noticeably.
- Faint crackly overloading throughout, more serious/noticeable during
  post-song cheering.
- Jump cut at 2:50 of Backyard; no fix made. Another between Demons and
  Fa Fa (missing the beginning); I faded out and back in.
- Odd squeaky noise at 1:55 of Demons.
- 58 seconds of crowd noise at 5:21 after "Fa Fa" removed to cut out a
  dropped mic, a deck stoppage and general oversaturated crowd loudness.
