Notes:
- Dropouts at 0:38-0:47 of d1t07, 2:23-2:31 and 2:36-2:45 of d1t08.
- Set 2 opening banter tacked onto end of d1t08.
- Some crowd noise deleted after d2t02 because it was full of dropouts.
- Skip forward at the beginning of d2t04; 54 seconds of dead space
  deleted at 5:20.
- PA begins to crackle at 6:30 of d2t06 and continues through the
  encore.
- Multiple - MULTIPLE - irreparable dropouts in d2t06. Bordering on
  unlistenable, they're so bothersome. Sorry.
