Notes:
- Quite a nice tape, a few rough tape transitions here and there.  Shows have their moments but IMO are just o.k.  Late show vocals are quite rough.
- d1t03 TLEO clips in.
- d1t06 It's No Use splice @ 5:48, could be a few minutes missing here?
- d1t08 TUIB static @ 12:18-12:20, 12:28-12:30.
- d2t06 RIR splice @ 2:54.
- d3t05 Deal clips in, cuts out abruptly, probabably missing at least five minutes.
