NOTE:
the "encore break" crowd noise track has been shortened considerably, in the interest of fitting the entire second set onto one CD.
I have included with this file set the full encore break track for all the crazy completists out there, like myself.
The complete, long crowd noise track is named "ph1999-07-16d2t09-full" with a track time of [04:04].
Using the complete encore break track, the total time for Set II is [83:52].
I was careful with these edits, and there are no sector boundary errors, regardless of which encore break track you use.
