I was listening to the epic Playin>UJB... jam and noticed that d2t05 UJB has a splice in it. I checked it with a wav viewer and the spot is at 5:38.64 - 5:38.69. My shns match the ones posted here, but the splice is not in the info file. I also checked my old 5th generation analog copy, and could not hear any splice, so I'm not sure this is on all circulating copies. Its hardly noticeable and certainly doesn't detract from an amazing set, but thought others might like to know... |

05/27/2002 | George Shannon | I concur with the presense of a splice at D2T5 UJB 5:38. Its in the version I downloaded.
07/24/2002 | bec. | The splice is really irritable. It is possible it came from the MR > C -transfer, as the cassette ran out, turned over, but the master ran during this time. Just a speculation. There's not lots of music missing, but a fully complete second set would be a treat! This is truly one of the greatest Playin' jams.

Lots of mention of the dropout in UJB, but not the following: Dropouts from 3:50.4-3:53 and 4:02.8-4:08 of Casey Jones (d3t05); these appear to have been patched in this seed . |
