Notes:
- d1t1 and d2t2 both start in mid-song; I added a fade-in to smooth the transition.
- d1t8 was cut off on the master tape, and the police temporarily stopped the concert, hence John's announcement on d2t1. I faded d1t8 out to smooth.
- The right channel drops out almost completely around 5:25 of d1t3 and remains out until the beginning of d2. I tried boosting the levels but it just introduced more noise so I left it as is.
