Notes:
1. There was a MD change in the middle of the "Tanktop" encore, so the track is split into Pt. 1 and Pt. 2.
2. The M-20 was dead center in the stereo image, and provided most of the signal; the BMC3s were hard left and right,
providing some signal and stereo imagine. The M-20 also had its -10 db pad engaged.
