Notes:
- Nice show, with some characteristic February '81 fanning and another nice Deal >
Midnight Moonlight segue (though not quite at the level of 2/4/81, IMO).  Various
tape transitions were smoothed and the recording was normalized to 100%, but no
other processing was undertaken.
