Notes:
- Major static for last 1:15 of d1t05; this is on the tape.
- d1t05 cuts off and d1t06 cuts in slightly; setlist archive has this as a segue.
- Apparent tape deck stoppage between d1t06 and d1t07; I removed dead space
and faded in on next track.
- First :30 of d1t07 is static-riddled; some minor noise afterwards. This is on
the tape, not from the transfer. Complete dropout from 2:24 to 3:37, again from
4:38 to 5:16.
- Complete dropout in d2t05 from 5:38 to 6:05.
