This was a particularly great CVB show.  They had a full out video presentation running behind them for the whole show.  Jonathan Segal is back to being a long haired freak and his playing, singing, laptopping, etc., were all stellar.  The band was in top form; not much chatter from the stage but plenty of cool visuals behind them.  The version of Interstellar Overdrive is the best I've ever heard from these guys.

Thanks to my taper pal Anonymous, who wishes to remain that way. I've met him twice; both times at Bowery Ballroom while he was taping a CVB show. Both times he's been gracious enough to send me his recordings and let me post them.
