Comments: Please don't let these flaws scare you this shows is very
listenable! A splice at the ends of certian tracks on CD1 it apprears
that some of the crowd banter inbetween songs was deleted or never
continued. At first I thought CD 1 could have been other recordings
from other shows combined to make CD 1. This is NOT the case here. I
got this show from a VERY VERY reliable person. The splices are at
the ends of CD 1 tracks 1 @ 5:00, 2 @ 2:52, 3 @ 4:37, 4 @ 2:25, 6 @
4:36.750, 7 @ 8:41, 8 @ 6:01. On tracks 5, 9 , 10 no splices. The songs
are very close together(no tunning, etc.) thust having no splices to
save on cassette time remember this is the 80's. I also noticed a D/O
on D1t6 @ 4:36.871 to 4:37.250 during crowd the banter all removed.
D2t6 has a splice with D/O's @ 7:27. D/O on D3t1 is missing first
couple of notes. D3t3 @ 6:35 and 6:38 Removed. Static on D3t6 @ 8:43
Removed. D3t12 D/O @ :08 removed. Since the Dead did not allow taping
at the 1980 Radio City Hall shows I consider myself lucky to have this
show. This recording is the only recording I could find. If anyone
out there finds a better recording (SBD) please contact me at
