Matt Xavier	This was a free show at Golden GAte Park before the Dead played at the Greek at UCB later in the day. Jerry jammed with Steve Kimock and seemed to really connect to him. I didn't tape this show as I didn't have any mics with me. I tried to patch into a guy who was taping from a stage monitor but he arrogantly refused. Were was a spirit of community there. Anyway the best performance was a russian singer who Jerry like so much he made him sing at the the Dead show during the set break. Fun day, great weather and a nice memory. I can say I did see Garcia play for free at the park but who will care?	\| \|
