LEE SPATZ	I WAS THERE 1RST ROW OF BALCONY (APPROX. CENTER) OPENED W/ ZOOT ALLURES , TONS OF ENERGY @ A SMALL VENUE. @ ONE POINT DURING THE SHOW, AS FOLKS WERE THROWING THEIR UNDERWEAR UP ON STAGE, A PAIR OF "WHITES" CAUGHT ON THE END OF FRANK'S GIBSON GUITAR & PICKED IT OFF CAREFULLY & SAID; "PHILADELPHIA - HOME OF THE UNDERWEAR WITH THE LITTLE YELLOW STAIN ON IT" ,....
