I no longer do any trading and have converted all my CDs to mp3 files, which are stored in a 500 gig external hard drive (and backed up, just in case the hard drive crashes...). Like vinyl albums and cassettes before them, CDs are now a thing of the past. Mine are packed away in the closet and will probably never be played again...

(For all you lossless purists, don't worry, I won't be using Nero to convert my mp3s to wav. files and burning shows to CDR. If someone wants a b&p copy of a show, I'll dig the CDs out of storage and copy them the old-fashioned way. If you want something burned to CD in mp3 format for your mp3 player, that's cool, as long as you agree not to convert it to wav. format and get it into general circulation.)
