I just have a few rules for trading that I think are reasonable.

1.Use quality discs when possible, not cheap generics. I usually use Taiyo Yudens,TDK,or Fuji, and currently using Phillips DVD+Rs and TDK DVD+Rs.

2.Please burn Disc at Once (NO 2 SECOND GAPS!) only at a speed your burner and computer will make good copies, probably no more than 8x-10x.

3.Use Bubble Mailer and put discs in sleeves to keep them from getting scratched. No plastic jewelcases needed as they cost more to send anyways and are not needed.

4.Keep me informed. Any problems,delays,questions,when shipped,etc.

5.I appreciate setlists with venue and date,etc. if not available at etree or elsewhere. Most of mine will be on my list. If not, I likely don't have one available. Artwork can be mailed as jpegs of those I have or I will direct you with a link to it if possible.

6. No labels on Cds.(Stomper,etc) Also try to avoid using post it notes. I ruined a disc when I peeled off the whole music layer that a post it was stuck to. Please use non-stick slip of paper to identify the disc.

7. No MP3 sourced discs Please.

8. I Really dislike discs that have pops, snaps, skips, 2 second gaps and poor sound quality. I usually note even the most minor flaws on discs that I have for trade. I know it's a bit nitpicky, but a show should not have flaws like skips, gaps, or pops if it is burned correctly.

My sound quality ratings: Ratings are just a general guideline, everyone has different opinions. I occasionally upgrade or downgrade a show a little upon closer listening.

A+ Usually Soundboard, sometimes excellent Audience. These shows have great sound, clear instruments and vocals, minimal audience noise, great to have in any collection.

A Soundboard or Audience. Not as sharp sounding as A+, but still nice to have, a good listen.

A- Slightly distant sound, slight hiss, not perfectly clear. Still a decent sounding show that most would be happy with.

B+ Distant, a bit muffled or bassy,some hiss, not real clear. Still OK, really doesn't sound too bad in earphones. I'm a big Eric Clapton fan, and I do have several B+ Clapton shows that I listen to occasionally, so they are good enough to listen to more than once.

B Distant, bassy, quite difficult to hear , hiss. Really for those who want a show because of its rarity. A chore to listen to,usually I don't list stuff of this grade. Generally for a collector of a rare show.

B- to C Generally unacceptable, Poor sound. I usually never post stuff like this, unless part of a compilation that has better quality cuts. Please don't send anything like this to me unless it is a very rare recording!!
