Master Aud. Cass.>DAT2x>Delta DI/O 2496 soundcard>Soundforge 7.0>CD Wave Editor>Flac
This show has been widely bootlegged and traded in various levels of quality.
Back in 2001, (someone who shall remain nameless) digitized the cassette masters
for the first time. It was briefly tree'd on The Well in CD form but it never
seemed to make it into general circulation.
I have one of the few DAT clones made from the original DAT. For some of you that
already have this show, it should be an upgrade. If you have never heard this show,
hang on to your hat! No equalizing or remastering is ever done to any shows I seed.
Here it is, as it was recorded that night back in 1972. Enjoy!
Disk 1
Dark Side of the Moon (all 10 tracks)
Disk 2
One of these Days
Careful with that Axe, Eugene
Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun
Echoes
Please do not sell or convert to MP3.

MOB's Notes
--------------
This is the raw master, digitally transferred in 2001 according to the notes I have. At the time of the transfer, the mastertape was "aged" and there are some tape flaws that can be heard (short loss of channels...).
Actually, the Dark Side set from HRV release sounds more pleasant to my ears (the 1st gen used by HRV is "cleaner" than the "aged" master transferred in 2001). Of course the present recording is a huge upgrade for OOTD and Set The Controls (HRV version used inferior source for these 2 tracks).
It runs too slow (a 97.5% shrink is needed to have correct speed).
