Liberated bootlegs? Radio broadcasts? > ?? > CD-R > WAV (extracted with EAC) > SHN (via mkwACT 0.97 b1); Digital Audio Extraction and SHN encoding performed by Mike Vescovo (db.etree.org/shackaholic).

DISC 4

various bootlegs, tapes etc.> ? >shn>CD-R>wav>CD-R>wav [itunes 4.0.1]> Bias Peak 3.2.1 (some digital glitches repaired, gaps removed, re-indexed, saved in .aiff format)>FLAC (MacFlac 2.1.0)

**There are two known flaws: slight gaps during the recordings of 11/17/55 and 11/12/56. See below for specific details.**

DISCS 5
====================
various bootlegs, tapes, etc.> ? >SHN>CD-R>wav>CD-R>wav [Toast Audio Extractor 1.1 (best setting)]>Bias Peak 3.2.1 (some digital glitches manually repaired, minor dropouts repaired, TAO gaps removed, re-indexed, saved in .aiff format) > FLAC (MacFlac 2.1)

**There is one known flaw, and it is probably inherent in all versions: The CD that is apparently the original source for Track 16 begins skipping and the song ends prematurely. (All known sources of the song are incomplete, but this appears to be more incomplete than usual.) Tape hiss continues after the skipping, so it appears that whoever originally seeded this set didn't realize his CD was skipping when he tranferred it to cassette (and later back to CDR).**

DISC 6
